WE ARE SEEKING A TALENTED AND EXPERIENCED POWER BI ‎ENGINEER TO JOIN OUR ‎RECENTLY ESTABLISHED CORPORATE IT DATA TEAM.‎

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN DATA ANALYSIS AND VISUALIZATION, WITH A ‎DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF POWER BI AND ITS CAPABILITIES.‎

THIS ROLE INVOLVES WORKING CLOSELY WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO TRANSFORM DATA FROM DIFFERENT ‎DEPARTMENTS (MANUFACTURING, FINANCE, HR ETC.) INTO VISUALLY COMPELLING AND ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS.‎

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Develop and design dashboards and reports: Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI to meet business requirements and support decision-making. Create static reports to be distributed via scheduler to appropriate subscribers.
• Create business value: You are responsible for collecting and interpreting business needs for information, linking these needs to the available data and make proposals to fill information gaps.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business analysts, and IT professionals, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Performance Optimization: optimize Power BI dashboards for performance and usability, implementing best practices in data visualization and user experience (UX).
• Training and Support: Create a Power BI on functionalities and best practices, ensuring the effective use of the tool across the organization.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence;
• Proven experience in developing and deploying Power BI solutions;
• Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX;
• Experience wit SQL and data warehousing concepts;
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to give trainings and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy;
• Fluent in English.
